Crawfish Shack Seafood
About us
CRAWFISH SHACK SEAFOOD is a Cajun-style restaurant with a twist of Vietnamese fusion. All of our food is cooked to order and uses live seafood during their respected seasons. This ensures that every plate we serve is as fresh as possible.
The Crawfish Shack was founded in 2008 by its owner Hieu Pham. The idea for the Shack came after he noticed the lack of Cajun-style restaurants in the Atlanta area. Mr. Pham mastered the style to perfection and decided to infuse his food with the flavors and spice he had grown up eating in his Vietnamese household.
The Crawfish Shack has since become a staple to the Atlanta dining experience. It has been featured in the New York Times, Atlanta Eats, and was even paid a visit by Travel Channel’s The Layover with Anthony Bourdain.
Even with all the recognition, the Crawfish Shack has never lost sight of its humble beginnings. It remains a true Mom & Pop, serving up delicious down-home Cajun style cooking that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds.
